Board Mission

The Board's mission is to keep Dunhaven Woods South a well-managed HOA, with a balanced budget and a plan for large wetland expenses so they can be paid without a Special Assessment. We also plan to automate and streamline as many processes as possible, so the handover to future Board members is seamless.

We need new Board members. Many current Board members would like to step down, and we urgently need neighbors to join. If you are interested in being part of the Board, please write your name below.
